These faces are really fab! All these items are online now........
It was a sad day last weekend to bid farewell to the "Special One" as he has gone to his new and wonderful home, but  we are all keeping in touch and are being sent videos on a regular basis....you can see for yourself if you wish!..........http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PVBTPinqjmc&feature=youtu.be

We have gotten SO used to our weekly puppy fix so we've been visiting another litter of a friend of ours.....I have fallen in love with this little brown male....what a handsome hunk he is.....just two weeks old...BLESS! Another I want to hide under my coat and run off with.....!

We were up very early this weekend......

I lost count of the times I had to lug heavy bags back to the van,but we always stay around until the general public start arriving in their hordes......by which time we're just having a last "sweep" incase we've missed anything, then back to the van and head off home before the sun gets really warm, taking in a nice walk with our babies en-route and picking up a coffee and pastry for refreshment!
It has been a very sad week for us this week as our beloved Cat MATISSE was found dead on the roadside just near our house by our neighbour Julie. It can't have been easy for her to tell us and we were devastated.......he was a special boy who loved the dogs and we think he truly believed he was a Dobermann himself.....our beautiful baby was just coming up 3 yrs old-I thought he would be around forever....Dita goes out every evening to wait for him to come home for his tea...I don't think any of us can believe he will never come home again.....RIP Matisse.......we all miss you SO much...

  1. First time I have read your blog, via eBay, and so sad to read about Matisse - what a lovely boy. At least you allowed him to have a full life going out and being a "real" cat. I have rehomed an ex breeding queen, seal point siamese and it is so lovely to see her out in the garden enjoying herself after five years of being kept indoors. I do worry about the dangers of the outside but feel I, like you, am doing the right thing for her. Your dogs are lovely too! (as are your eBay goodies)

    1. thanks so much for your message-we still can't quite get to grips with the fact that Matisse is no longer with us-I am sure I keep hearing him miaow to come in but of course he's not there and Dita our eldest dog waits for him to come home at the edge of the garden constantly-he used to come in through a catflap in the bottom gate...We too had a Siamese who was a rescue,we had him a year and he disappeared-he just went out one day and never came back..that was hard to come to terms with.Cats are so different to dogs, more independant & so we know if we ever have another the same fate could befall it-the hazard & risk you take I guess...so glad you like our items.New treasures listed daily for your perusal....!
